    Dell Latitude 5420 crashing while on sleep with error code "Driver_Power_State_Failure"


    We are facing an issue with large fleet of Dell Latitude 5420 specifically where it is crashing while on sleep with error code Driver_Power_State_Failure. I have pulled out a report from Intune and I can see that 99% of the BSOD cases for Latitude 5420 has a same error code.I have used Windows Debugger to analyse the memory dump files and it is pointing towards rtsper.sys. I have updated the driver for Realtek PCIE Card Reader however it has not made any difference. I don't see any specific error in Event viewer logs. I would be happy to share logs for further the investigation. BUGCHECK_COD
