Windows 10: Dell Optiplex 7010 Wireless Keyboard Delays

I did not complete the dell chipset utility and its required bios upgrade on this system. I have inveted time setting up this system but it has a deylay when I try to use the keyboard.. it is hit and miss. Sometimes it will take it a bit and then it will start working again. Its like in the days of windows 98 and the irqs were not set right and things would override the keyboard. I decided to run the urgent bios update and the the its chipset utility with it Dell does say its urgent I do this part. THis system is performing good otherwise I have windows build 1909

So it updated and so far no keyboard delays.

So it updated the bios and I installed the new chipset update that went with the bios. That went well and so far no keyboard delays.

Problem with Dell Optiplex 7010

i tried to fix 3 PCs of Dell Optiplex 7010 of the same problem power turn on and off and still not working. Any help please.

That is the desktop (DT) form factor. It will only accept low-profile cards.

Upgrading Dell Optiplex 7010 to GTX 970

System Specs:

- OS WIndows 10
- 8GB RAM DDR3
- Intel i7-3770 @ 3.400 Ghz
- AMD 7700 Graphics card
- Dell OptiPlex 7010 Motherboard (Not miniature sized)
- Dell OptiPlex case largest for 7010 model.
- Power supply is a RaidMax 650 W

I currently have 6 pins going from the power supply to the Graphics card.
