Windows 10: Dell OPTIPLEX GX620 UPGRADED WINDOWS 10

Hello friend,

I upgraded the processor to D3.40 Ghz 4mb from 2.8 GHz , Increased Ram from 2GB to 4 GB.

Installed Legal Windows 10 64 bits. All working fine except the multi media audio drivers. No help from Dell, they said buy new PC.

Any one, who can help me in this regard. I will really appreciate it. I'm not a computer wizard... but understand some...


should I buy a new card and install... that might fix the problem. what to buy...? help needed.

Dell Optiplex GX620 Windows 10 64-bit

I have a Dell Optiplex GX620 that I am using for a very budget build and am not able to use windows 10 64-bit. The specs are okay for it but when I load it from my usb it pauses on the blue windows logo, and than after a bit it restarts into my 32-bit windows
already installed.

Specifications:

3gb DDR2

Pentium IIII @3.20 Ghz (It says it is a x64 Based Processor.)

Gtx 745 Graphics Card

I don't see your Dell GX620 listed at the following link as tested for support with Windows 10: Dell computers tested for Windows 10 November 2019 Update and previous versions of Windows 10 | Dell Deutschland You might want to avoid the install.

Dell Optiplex gx620 ULFF (Ultra Form Facture)

i have a dell optiplex gx620 UFF i previously upgrade to windows 10 and after i reboot the system i realize that the screen was stuck on the windows logo with the small circle thing at the bottom my mouse light went blank also my keyboard light, like their
wasn't any power reaching them and it stayed like that for 30-45 minutes and then it loads back up and goes to welcome screen. everything works perfect but once i restart or do a shut down then manual boot i always get that problem could you assist me please
because i really want to go back to windows 10.
