Windows 10: Dell Splash Screen

Hello everyone

The issue I'm encountering is quite annoying but I guess it can be considered minor. So this is the issue, when starting up my PC the Dell splash screen pops up and the bar starts to load, but only goes up halfway and doesn't progress further unless the USB keyboard is unplugged.

In other words for it to progress into windows I have to disconnect the USB keyboard Everytime I boot the PC, it does this with all of my keyboards, once the splash screen progress I can plug the keyboard back in and everything loads up just fine.

NOTE: The keyboard issue doesnt seem to be an issue when restarting the PC, it only occurs when the PC is shutdown and then powered up up again. (If I restart the PC without shutting it down the Dell screen Bar loads up just fine and goes into windows with keyboard still connected)

I'm also getting a message at the beginning stating that (ME is in recovery state) but I tend to ignore it since it's not affecting anything that I know off, PC seems to go into Windows and operate normally regardless the message.

Remove Dell splash screen on boot

Hi I got the Dell G3 and there is a Dell splash screen on boot.
Any ideas how can I remove it and have the original windows loading back?
I've tried everything I found online but did not work.
No option in boot options.

No splash screen at daily startup

Almost, it is an NP350VC5 (Black), it came with Windows 8 and the latest Intel Graphics Driver dates from 2015.
Further edit: seems I was wrong.
After a reboot, I now get a completely black screen, no Samsung splash screen or anything.
The steps I took before donot help anymore.
Where do I go from here?
