Windows 10: Dell V525w

    I have a Dell V525W and the printer does not automatically show up on the printer list. How do i install it?

    Dell V525w All In One Wireless Inkjet Printer no longer scans with Windows 10?

    I have a Surface Pro 3 Windows 10 operating system and installed my existing Dell V525w printer / scanner.

    Initially I had a scan option available but it was only scanning one page at a time to a jpeg format so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it.

    The printer has all the latest updates but is now not offering any scan facility? Previously I've been able to scan whole documents to PDF formats but not even this is available.

    Any suggestions?

    • What is the exact issue that you are facing with scan function?

    • Have you made any changes to the PC prior to this issue?

    • Are you using any app or program for scanner?

    • Do you get any error message while scanning any documents?

    I suggest you to download the latest drivers from the Dell website and then try to install it and check if it helps.
