Windows 10: Dell venue 8 pro 5855 sound-audio problems.

I've got my device today everything is ok but there is not any sound from the speaker. With earphones I can get sound but the speaker is completely dumb . İve done all upgrades . Didn't get any solution. How can I come through this issue?

Dell Venue 8 Pro will not wake from sleep in W10

After further searching online, I found the answer on another site. The Dell Venue 8 Pro requires a firmware and BIOS update. I did these and the problem is solved. Thanks for the suggestions though.

No major dings, scratches, defects visible and has been well cared for since purchase. It's been an excellent machine for browsing and media away from the office with great battery life.
