Windows 10: Dell with Windows 10 reboots frequently. There were two instances of BSOD. The computer...

Dell desktop was becoming slower to respond and slower to boot.


Unexpected restarts occurred over a week. Two days ago there was BSOD. Yesterday, the screen remained black during power up.


I managed to start the computer today. Filtered Windows logs for the last 7 days, only Error events and Critical events.

The most suspicious event out of 64 is Error on 1/25/2021 4:26:45 PM, Source is BugCheck


The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.

The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 0x0000000000000003, 0xfffff804808385a0, 0xfffff804808384f8, 0x0000000000000000.
A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.

I would like to understand which component caused the BSOD.


Is there a place where the hexadecimal error codes may be interpreted and traced to hardware/software issues?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 not Printing on Dell 1320C

Yes I did directly connect the printer to the computer, still not responding. In several instances, the test page would go into queue, @ 6mb (seems large), but wouldn't print.
