Windows 10: Dell XPS 15 9570 get BSOD after updated to 1903

Hi All,


I need all your help. I just updated my laptop to new version of windows 1903. However, I got a Blue screen every time restart or shutdown.

I has tried to check my memory and hardisk, everything looks fine. Do someone has some problem with me after updated the windows to 1903?

BSOD crashes in Windows 10 on Dell XPS 15 9570 after a clean install

Hello,

I did a clean install on my Dell XPS 15 9570 on 23 July 2019, and now I keep on getting a BSOD within a few minutes of logging in, calling it a BAD_POOL_CALLER error.

I tried running a memory check (mdsched.exe) which came back clean, I checked for hard drive corruption but nothing was found, I updated the BIOS, and I tried re-reinstalling Windows 10. Every time I tried to download the drivers, it came up with a BSOD
before they could finish. There is a cumulative update in Settings -> Updates that is attempting to, well, update, but it never finishes before the next BSOD.

So I tried using the driver verifier, and got three files that I will share the compressed file link to

here. The last few BSOD's have collected data to 100%, but then they fail to restart, so I manually shut down and rebooted. I don't know if this will interfere with the files' effectiveness. If anyone could figure out what is wrong or point me in a new
direction or to a method to check, that would be great.

Dell XPS 9570 Touchpad not working

Hi,

I have the new Dell XPS 9570. The touchpad was working fine but after some drivers got updated all gestures and precision tracking has stopped. Now only the left and right click works (no scrolling, no multi-gesture features etc).

Tried uninstalling the drivers and restarting etc. Where can I find the specific drivers for this touchpad?

Method 1: I suggest you to run the hardware and device troubleshooter
to check and fix issues with hardware and devices.
Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  

Method 2: Update the touchscreen drivers manually from the Device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

1.Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard and select
Device manager from the context menu.

2.Expand Human Interface Device option, right click on the touchscreen driver and select Update this software from the context menu.

3.Follow the on-screen instructions.
