  1. Dell XPS Windows 10 January 2020 update failed

    Hi

I have an XPS running W10 on auto update, and updated it 2 days ago January 17.

The update didn't complete stopped at the Dell logo with the spinning windows symbol after the mandatory restart, despite being left overnight.

Machine will now not boot beyond that same place, nor can I see how to roll it back.

    Please help.

    Thanks

    :)
