Windows 10: Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF9

Hello everyone!I've been dealing with this issue for a couple of days now, still trying to figure it out.Basically, windows settings won't open when I click on it. The same goes for the updated app if I try to search for it in the search box or if I try to open the updater up from the Microsoft website itself.So what I've tried is, to create another user, and on that one, it works. The thing is, I don't want to move to a new user because the settings files are very large to move over.So what do I do?Does anyone know anything about this error that came up in cmd/PowerShell? > Deployment fail

I tried to reinstall Microsoft Store using powershell but I got this error :

PS: I cannot find Microsoft Store in Apps & Features.
