    The computer just shows a message No boot disk has been detected. Nothing works at all. I have a recovery disc but it wont play. I have been in the bios and changed the boot setting.

  3. Upgrading Power Supply in Older HP P6-2133W

    Thinking of upgrading Power supply in older Pre Built HP P6-2133W, if it isn't standard power supply, suppose I can have a local PC shop do the upgrade, PC is used for mainly Mom's email, and online shopping/bill paying at times

    Machine was bought in 2012, and used heavily when it was previously my machine, and now used less, but she leaves it on with sleep mode pretty often, so thinking will add that to my list of 2018 upgrades this year

    Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

    I understand your concern about accessing HP simple pass after upgrading to Windows 10. We will help you with this issue.

    • Do let us know the make and model of your computer?
    • Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

    Try the below steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

    Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

    Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

    • Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
    • Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
      HP Recovery Manager opens.
    • Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
      HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application
