Windows 10: desktop popups interfere with work

I would like to find out how to stop ad from popping up on the right side of my desktop as they interfere with what ever I am doing

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
