Windows 10: Desktop taskbar icons gone missing on Windows 10

All my icons have been unpinned from the bottom of the desktop screen. Cannot get them back. any suggestions ?

I've been using Windows 10 for a while now but yesterday when I booted up, my desktop and icons are missing and the task bar is gone too. I've tried some of the suggestions but have had no luck. Please help! Thank you K

Windows 10 desktop icons not in order

In ccleaner, did you uncheck cleaning the icon cache... have not used in a while; however, I think that is what the option is called.

Now, if you are setting the icons and they move after you have set the settings and not changed them... you may have the "Random Windows 10 Icon movement problem".
Some people have this and some don't.
