Desktop time/date not updating after reboot

Hey!So, as title says, my PC doesnt update time/date after I reboot it, and it just displays the time it was when I last used it. Ive asked everywhere and tried everything I could to fix it, but no luck, and its really annoying. I thought it could be the CMOS battery, so I changed it for a new one and hard resetted my motherboard but no luck. One thing I found is I dont have "Windows Time service" on the services list idk if this might be the issue. Anyways, ive also tried every W32 command on cmd without any luck. Windows time seems correct set to auto. BIOS time outdates itself everytime

    :)
