  1. Desktop Wallpaper align/center/strech function not working

As title says, no matter which option I pick, the desktop wallpaper looks always the same, I have a 4k wallpaper on a full HD screen that gets automatically shrieked down no matter which option I pick: center, align, stretch, etc. NO difference whatsoever.

    Using Windows 10 home 1903

  3. Desktop wallpaper for new users

    Hi Alaa,

Setting default users lets you specify the wallpaper on user's desktops and prevents other users from changing the image or its presentation. You can check these steps on how to set wallpapers from all users:

    • Type run on the search bar and press Enter.
    • On the window, type gpedit.msc and click OK.
    • Locate and click Administrative Templates.
    • Select Desktop > Desktop > Desktop Wallpaper.
    • Tick Enabled, and name your wallpaper.
    • Select Apply and click OK.

After performing the steps above, you may restart your PC.

Let us know the outcome. We will be glad to assist you.

  4. Desktop Wallpaper align/center/strech function not working

    Fullscreen Start Menu Wallpaper Alignment

The wallpaper inconsistently mis-aligns to the screen in the fullscreen start menu. It is aligned properly outside of the menu.

    I've tried:

    - toggling transparency effects off & back on

    - changing the wallpaper

    - disconnecting & reconnecting the laptop from the hub

    - unplugging the hub for 10 seconds

Is there a way to prevent and/or fix this?
