Windows 10: Desperate need of help for windows 10 audio fix.

so i have booted my pc up and plugged in my headphones ready to play a game and nothing happened, the sound was still coming out the monitor, so i checked audio devices and it said that no audio devices are installed so i replugged, updated, restarted, re installed realtek audio manager and im still having the same issue, i even factory reset the pc and nothing... so I dont know what to do now since whenever i plug anything in it doesnt work and i cant use my microphone or any audio device. whenever i open the audio manager nothing happens at all and im completley helpless, please is there a solution :/

Delete ‪C:\Windows\System32\DTSAPOUI64.dll, install again
If error still popup, just click ignore and run cmd as admin -> type regsvr32 DTSAPOUI64.dll
