Windows 10: Desperately need Windows Technical Support

I have spoken a dozen times with Level 1 and 2 about this issue, Case#1502843103.


IS THERE A CHANCE I CAN SPEAK TO A COMPETENT TECH SUPPORT AGENT WHO CAN RESOLVE THIS SITUATION?

  Press windows key, and type Contact Support.
  
• 
  Select Services and apps.
  
• 
  Click on Windows.
  
• 
  Click on Technical Support.
  
• 
  There you will be able to contact the Technical support.

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
