    Hello all,

I have been trying to install an exchange account on the windows 10 mail app after I had to reset the app (was working fine before that).

I get this error, I did the following,1- checked the exchange settings with my organization and tried windows support without any outcome.2- I re-installed the mail app.3- used cmd to change MaxDevicePasswordFailedAttempts to 7 (<8).

What can I do to fix this? Thank you.

device does not comply with the security policies set by your email administrator

Lock screen settings require me to set a complicated password

Your school is enforcing an Exchange ActiveSync policy of a complex device password. If you want to keep the email account on your phone, you must comply with their security policy. There is no workaround for this. Your only choices are complying or removing
    the account from your phone.
