Under DVD/CD ROM drives; there is a picture my disk with a CD/DVD spinning on top, and it is named;

I can watch a DVD in my computer, but I can't burn anything.

I have been at this for 2 weeks, I don't think it can be fixed; I will lose everything on my hard drive.

Yesterday I upgraded to the 1903 update. It's working fine for now, but I deal with video files all day. I teach dance and put videos on You tube. It may cause problems. I hope you may know how to fix this issue. Thank you so much!

I am unable to access info on my backup CD disks of files. his happened as you can see by my question after a windows 10 update.

I have not accessed the disks since that time but yesterday needed several files. I can hear that the hardware is working but cannot access the data

DVD Device could not be migrated

I just migrated to 10 from 7 and 10 can't see my DVD drive in my list of drives in file explorer.

When I look at device manager I see this:

I have had Windows try to update the diver. It says it has the correct one. I diabled & reenabled.
