After installing Cretors Update USB device USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\5&DC4A972&0&5 is not usable

USB\VID_0000&PID_0002 is a standard USB host controller. You can ask your computer manufacturer for help with this, or you can try the following generic steps for unrecognized USB devices:

1- Try the USB device in another computer. If you have problems with the USB device in a second computer, the USB device may be the problem. Contact the device's manufacturer.

2- Look for a Windows 10 driver for the device on the device manufacturer's website.

3- If the device in question is a USB port on the motherboard you may need to re-install the motherboard drivers, if they are compatible with Windows 10. Your computer manufacturer will have these drivers and instructions for installing them.
