Windows 10: Diagnosing Your PC when booting.

When my laptop is booting (Dell Latitude E6410) the message Attempting Repairs and then a message of Diagnosing Your PC comes up. After these two messages the blue screen with a choice of Advance Repairs or Continue with Windows 10, something of this type of blue screen. I usually continuing with windows 10 and then the system boots again normally. Any response is helpful. Thank you in advance.

We also suggest that you follow these steps on how to boot your computer to safe mode:

• 
  Press the Windows + C on the keyboard.

  Click Settings, Change PC Settings and then
  General.
  
• 
  Scroll down to Advanced Startup, then click
  Restart now.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshoot, Advanced Options, then click Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart, select safe mode
  and then press Enter.

Preparing Automatic Repair/Diagnosing Your PC Loop

I created the installation media on a USB and tried following those steps but nothing changed. It just boots up and goes back into the diagnosing your PC thing again. I dont know what to do.

• Which Diagnose program are you referring to?
• Are you able to boot to your desktop?
• What exactly do you mean when you say "I turn the power bar on which has the printer, monitor and sound speakers plus the PC"?

If you are in a no boot situation, follow the below steps:

Step 1:

I would suggest you to download an ISO image of Windows 10 and try to install again using the Media Creation tool.

Installation Media tool:

Once the bootable media is created, follow next step:

Step 2: Perform Start up Repair.

Follow the steps mentioned below to perform Start up Repair:

a. Insert the installation DVD or
USB and boot Windows 10 from it.

b. Select “Troubleshooting” from the first Window and then select “Advance Options”.

c. Then select “Start up Repair” from “Advanced options” window.

This will help you to boot into your Operating system again.
