Windows 10: Diarium Mobile and Desktop Sync

Hi, i just bought Microsoft Diarium app desktop version and i would like to sync with the mobile version. I dont need to pay for both versions, right? If not, and also if there is no login session, how can i sync the two versions?

Diarium dictation does not work

I just bought Diarium Premium because the description said it handles audio dictation. However, when I click the Diarium microphone icon for dictation, it just says 'Listening....' and nothing happens when I talk into my microphone. Using the same microphone,
I can create, save, and playback an audio file in Diarium, so I know my microphone is working properly. I'm running Diarium on Windows 10 desktop and plugging my mic into the front mic jack of my computer. My mic works on other audio apps like Windows Voice
Recorder and the audio file part of Diarium. But Diarium dictation does not work. Can you suggest something to make it work. Otherwise, how do I get a refund on my purchase of Diarium? As I said, dictation was the main reason I bought it, and if that doesn't
work, I don't want it.

Diarium App Synching

What are you trying to sync between Diarium application and OneDrive?

Please make sure you are using the same Microsoft Account in OneDrive/Google Drive as well as in Diarium application.

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to run the
Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store and check if this helps.

If you are still facing the same issue, then I would suggest you to contact Diarium Application manufacture from the section
Publisher Info from
Diarium — Private Diary / Daily Journal and contact the Application manufacturer to get the issue resolved.

Windows desktop version of Diarium journaling app

I've been using the Diarium app with desktop and android for several days now. It has been working great, and syncing great. But today, I got a message when opening Desktop app saying i needed to upgrade to 2.5 version. But do not know how to do
that. Microsoft says I already have the app installed, then my android version will not sync at all now. I presume it has something to do with desktop message, but don't know. Can someone tell me how to get upgraded version for desktop?
