Windows 10: Dictionary in voice typing in windows

I use windows voice typing be cause of pain in my hands. I can't work out any way of teaching it new words or getting rid of internal words. For example in my work I use the word filter a lot and it keeps telling it like philtre. I don't even know what this word means.

Is there a way of fixing these things

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

Verify the Speech Language Settings

Windows 11 voice typing feature relies on the speech language settings to determine which language it should recognize.

• Navigate to Settings > Time & language > Speech.
  
• Under Manage voices, make sure you have the voices for both English and Korean installed. If a voice is missing, you can download it by clicking on Add voices.

How to view or edit the custom dictionary?

If you go to Keyboard under Settings, you can hit "reset text suggestions" to return the dictionary/suggestions to what it came pre-loaded with. I don't know of a way to more finely tune it. I would like to see the ability to create and edit a custom word
list, like the custom dictionary list as Office uses.
