Windows 10: Did a network reset and now I think it has corrupted my realtek driver

Been stuck on this all night, I performed a windows network reset just for a refresh and maybe hopes of more speed but after rebooting my computer I come to find that the usb wireless adapter I have does not have the same range it once did at all. I can’t even see my network upstairs and it has antennas, before doing the network reset I had 3 to 4 bars of WiFi now the network doesn’t even show up at all and only two networks pop up both with poor signal. I’ve already tried reinstalling drivers, cmd ipconfig all that. I even used my personal hotspot from my phone in which it did pop up and conn

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
