Windows 10: Did my microsoft 10 pro expire?

I bought my Microsoft key back in 2020 but, recently, my microsoft apps are no longer working. I thought that maybe it's because I updated my laptop so now it's microsoft 11 but my apps still worked even then. They're appearing with no icons, and I can't click on them as well. I found the activation key I bought back in 2020 and used the same product key but it's not working anymore. Any tips?

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

Download Windows 10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

• The only way to downgrade from Windows 10 Pro to Home
  is by uninstalling Windows 10 Pro first. So, before downgrading to
  Windows 10 Home, you may need to back up all your data to prevent data lost.

I've been getting the "Your Windows license will expire soon" message for some time. What happens when it actually expires? Does the system lock up?

• Once Windows 10 reaches its expiration date, your PC will reboot every 3 hours, causing some unsaved data you're working on to be lost.
• Two weeks after the expiration date, your PC will no longer boot and you will see
  Your PC/Device needs to be repaired message. So, before this happens, we recommend backing up your files and immediately install
  Windows 10 Home on your device. Also, you could try contacting the
  Volume License Service Center to reactivate your Windows as Andre suggested.
