Windows 10: did not get tabbed File Explorer with 22H2 upgrade--how can I get build 22621.675???

Extremely frustrating. Booted from Hibernation Sleep does not work, got BSOD, then asked for BitLocker key I only have Windows Home and cannot even use BitLocker; 3rd time in less than a year NEVER buy a computer with AMD components!!. Anyhow, only way to fix this is to completely re-image the computer. I had already had to search to find something to download to get the Explorer tabs back when the 22H2 first was available, and guess what, did the update today and once again even after all these months of that build being out, still no tabs in Explorer.This time I cannot find a link to d

Tabs not appearing in Explorer after Cumulative Update KB5019509 (Windows 11)

Hi, as the title states, I don't have tabs in explorer after update Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5019509),

which I found weird, since this Windows Update article states that tabs in Windows Explorer is a feature in this update. I've tried restarting after updating my system and restarting explorer.exe in task manager, but after these steps I still don't have tabs. Can someone help me through this?
