    Hi,

    I have a slight problem,you see i bought some vbucksaround 6k from the microsoft sotre for my fortnite account ,my fortnite account is linked to my xbox account and i play on pc,i am yet to receive my vbucks on my account,I have E-Mailed EpicGames Regarding this problem but they were not able to help as the purchase was done in microsoft store they told me to ask support from you guys......I hope you guys reply soon...i have spent alot of money

    yeah, its the Microsoft Store Web Site that doesn't allow the purchase of the v-bucks & only the v-bucks; I've even purchased other items with a value more than the v-bucks & age rated higher

    Have you contacted Epic Games support about the issue?

    If you are able to purchase them via the App but not the store, I believe it is related to something support said here > "No, the Windows Store can only purchase V-Bucks on Xbox. However, if your account is linked, you should be able to sync what you purchased
    with your V-Bucks with PC (though some people are having platform account specific issues with Xbox)."
