Windows 10: difference between ati driver and laptop official site one?

hi guys. i want to know the difference between ati driver on their website and the driver on laptop official site.
latest ati driver size for example 398 or 420 MB. but on Hp or Dell site it has 600 MB?
when i use ati official one on Hp BS series, drivers model becomes 520 not 530. and sometimes Photoshop or games freezing and suddenly stopped !!

i just want to know which one i use since some laptops doen't have latest display driver on official site which support newer versions of windows 10

ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics Driver is not working properly.

Did you happen to try the workaround from the post I linked earlier?

The method suggested was as follows:

<in Control Panel>

open Device Manager, select Display adapters

Right click ATI Radeon (or generic graphics adapter if listed that way) and select Properties

Click "Update driver"

Click "browse"

Click "Let me pick from a list"

select (AMD or ATI) driver version 8.970.100.9001 from 2015 and install that

  Drivers (Video) 25.08.2006 7.14.10.8333 - 3421_c6c890a15113b794e88f5614daec1276499fa94b.cab
• Unzip file 3421_c6c890a15113b794e88f5614daec1276499fa94b.cab
• Enter to unzip folder
• Right click on file "atiilhag.inf"
• Select - "Install"
• Be Happy!!!

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
