Windows 10: Difficulty connecting to wifi

I am running Windows 10 on my computer. I was having no trouble connecting to wifi until now. When I try to connect, I get a message stating that the computer cannot connect to the internet. I know that my modem and router are working correctly since I am able to connect on my other computer. I have troubleshooted with the manufacturer (Dell) and they say that it is a software problem. Can anyone help me?

OK, so the Windows 10 engineers bollixed up the wifi connectivity part of the operating system. Everybody knows that by now. It seems they are making some progress in resolving it. Now, instead of seeing "Secured, No Internet" on your list of wifi connections, you see "Connected, Secured" EXCEPT no webpages will load. So you really aren't connected. It does seem to be a step in the right direction. Does anybody know when they plan on a full and complete repair of this screw up of epic proportions?

I know exactly what you mean. Yes, I see that but when I log out (or reboot or hibernate) it does *not* connect automatically. Something having to do with wifi settings is broken. Here is what the *entire* bottom of my wi fi settings looks like:
