Windows 10: Direct x error

Hello guys, few days ago my laptop faced serious problem about storage and I decided to restore it. After I have restored it while running games such as Rainbow six which I used to play on the same system it gives me an error about failing to create dx11 folder or your graphic card doesnt support dx11 features however I used to play rainbow before restoring with the same system. My PC is running DX12 at the moment. Can anyone help me with that?

  Type dxdiag in the run prompt and hit enter.

  Now check for the version of Direct x.

COD MW2 Direct X error

Okay so,

I'm not running any overlay software.

The issue is consistent, as in every time I complete a mission, the game crashes instead of going into the next cutscene.

There are no errors when I run dxdiag.

I'm about to reinstall direct X, update, and see if that changes anything..

 

My graphics hardware doesn't support the new version 12 direct x. How do I roll direct x back to 11?

I suggest you to follow the steps to roll back the direct x from the below link and check if it helps.

• Press “Windows+X”.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Locate and Expand the Display Adapter.
• Right-click on the Display Device.
• Click on Rollback.
