Windows 10: Direct X

Good Day, I really need some help because, I can't update my direct x.

So, I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7, now I have direct x 10, I have tried more than 10 times to install Direct X 11 but, All it says is "Direct X setup has determined that a newer or equivalent version of Direct X has been installed already. No installation is necessary". and then it is still Direct X 10. I don't even understand this Operating System anymore, nevertheless, What do I do ?

  Press Windows + R keys together.
  
• 
  Type dxdiag in the run prompt and hit enter.
  
• 
  Now check for the version of Direct x.

My graphics hardware doesn't support the new version 12 direct x. How do I roll direct x back to 11?

· Are you getting any error message?

I suggest you to follow the steps to roll back the direct x from the below link and check if it helps.

• Press “Windows+X”.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Locate and Expand the Display Adapter.
• Right-click on the Display Device.
• Click on Rollback.
