    DirectX issues even after complete restore of PC


    Hello,I have a PC running on windows 11 for about 1 year. Everything ran fine in the beginning but I had issues with the PC so I reinstalled windows. Ever since then I cannot run games using directX. I have tried resetting the PC deleting all files and settings using a cloud download of window but I still have this issue. I also have the MSCVP120.dll issue and when I download the C++ redistributable, the error goes away but the game still doesn't launch. This happens for all games using directX. When I download the end-user version of directX, I get the internal system error, please see direct
