Windows 10: disable "Let the app change my printing preferences"

I need your help to permentaly disable the "Let the app change my printing preferences" because this feature does not reflect my printer settings.

Change Preferences in Print

How do I change Print Preferences? Sending a document to print, there is no option to choose
color print. I need to be able to choose if I want just black or color.

The printer is not the problem because:

• The HP Printer will print color if I'm sending from a website or a screen shot.
• When choosing to copy from the printer's screen, I can choose color.

Print to PDF missing in Printer List

Hi William,

We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

• Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
• Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
• On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
  OK to save changes.
• Restart your PC.
• Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.
