Windows 10: Disable OneDrive Pauses In Battery Saver Mode

OneDrive keeps pausing automatically every time I am running in battery save mode and I have to keep enabling it manually. How do I disable this annoying setting?

Unable to Windows OS 10 Update my Surface Pro 4, "Battery Saver is on" error even though plugged in and NOT in Battery Saver mode

• Trying to perform Windows Update for Windows 10 OS as recommended.
• Get error message that "Battery Saver is turned on, so we've paused downloads."
• This is a Surface Pro 4, plugged in. So it won't go into Battery Saver mode while plugged in. Battery Saver is indeed "off" as demonstrated in Settings and in the Right hand side "Charms" icon.
• I restarted the Surface several times but still having the same error.

 

Battery Saver Mode

Since yesterday, I'm struggling with a error that prevents me from turning off the Battery Saver mode. I'm unable to disable this mode by clicking on the battery icon in the notification area or in the Action Center or directly in the Settings. The Battery
Saver mode will always automatically reactived.

I tried to turn off all the settings connected with this mode (like "Turn battery saver on automatically if my battery falls below") and reboot my notebook several times, but nothing helps.

When I plug the notebook, everything is fine and the Battery Saver mode turns off. My device (so the battery) is 6 months new. Clean installation of Windows, I don't use any battery savings modes from the manufacturer or other third party. No pending updates.

Any advice?
