Windows 10: disable text pop up messages

    Never had a problem.. do other desktop (exe) programs launch correctly? Try reinstalling it.

    disable text pop up messages

    Did some more testing and they still appear not only in the taskbar, but also in the start menu as well as in various other places in windows. They also appear in firefox if you point your mouse on a button. I would like to get rid of all popup descriptions because i dont need them, they are just annoying.
