Windows 10: Disable Windows full screen mode

How can I get an app out of full screen mode, and prevent it from entering full screen mode in the future.

I do not want any software on the PC to be able to enter full screen mode

Step 3: To Turn On or Off Airplane Mode in Action Center

If the settings are not refining, this issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ missing system files.

how do I disable on screen keyboard in windows 10 ?

This does NOT work as there is no option to disable the virtual keyboard in Ease of Access

This **** VIRTUAL KEYBOARD is a major pain in the ass!

Is there a registry edit that can kill it, PERMANENTLY

Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
