Windows 10: disc tray

Hello!! I have recently found a disk that came with my asus amd quad core a12-9729p laptop. I cannot find a button to open the tray with I tried looking under files and all that but I just don't know what im looking for. Please help me. Thank you

Kindly try the below steps and check if it helps.

• Locate the eject button near the disc tray. This button is usually directly to the left or right of the disc tray.
• Press the eject button firmly and quickly. The tray should slide open.
• Press the eject button a second time to close the disc tray.

If the above steps doesn't work try the below.

• Open This PC.
• Right click on DVD drive.
• Click on Eject to open the drive.

If this doesn't help, I suggest you to contact Toshiba support for further assistance.

1. Since when are you facing this issue?
   
2. Have you recently made any changes on the device?
   

This issue might be happening because of the Faulty device.

You may refer and try the suggestions provided by HP support article on how to fix CD/DVD tray issues.
