Is Windows 10 ransomware?

Wait Wait….I thought Windows 10 is ransomware. It fits all the points for ransomware.

Windows 10 – Limits Windows Updates – Check
Windows 10 – Force install without user consent on Windows 7/8.1 computers – Check
Windows 10 – Deletes files – Check
Windows 10 – Limits users from accessing their system with tracking and spyware – Check
Windows 10 – Does not let users remove Edge, Cortana, other apps etc – Check
Windows 10 – Limits or blocks or etc…____Fill in blank with other items
Windows 10 – Requires user to pay for Pro or Enterprise Version to get some control over system.

Wait Wait… You telling me Windows 10 is no ransomware and it is trying to block it…You just overload my brain…I need to take a break to process this info…….Windows 10 is not ransomware….Wow…I am surprised.. I thought Windows 10 is ransomware…..Wow…..
