Windows 10: Disgraceful MS changed the display of the files in Explorer

Hello,can I get my usual configuration of files back in Explorer that these morons of MS felt a need to change without me asking.I absolutely hate the below, I want a plain simple list sorted by date without this insanity the same type of insanity that led to Trump's landslide win this week:I want it to go back to what it was? Any ideas?Thank you so much

• When you say, "actual file count is not displaying" is this issue specific to any folder or happening with all folders?
• Have you installed any third party anti-virus on your system?

• Click on View from navigation pane and choose Detail pane.

Why does Windows 11 File Explorer display multiple instances of the same folders?

I had already changed some of the Options in Explorer, but the display still contains the duplicated Folders, which are not additional Folders, but duplicate listings.

It is unclear why Microsoft would make Explorer so confusing, to deliberately display multiple instances of all of the Folders.

I realize you are not with Microsoft, but do you have any suggestions on how I can contact MS?

 

Displaying Thumbnails for .jpg files in Windows 10 File Explorer

As "recommended for Windows 10", "Photos" is the default app for "Photo viewer" (.jpg isn't really listed as the file extension in the settings).

Do you have another app you would suggest?

By the way, my photos open and display just fine, the issue is the general absence of thumbnails in File Explorer.
