Windows 10: Disk CleanUp not totally cleaning. ( it did originally )

Discus and support Disk CleanUp not totally cleaning. ( it did originally ) in Windows 10 Performance & Maintenance to solve the problem; Does it change after a restart? Can your delete the internet files from inside internet options? I agree, a clean install may be the best option....     Dusty, in my case Nothing worked to make Disk cleanup work the way it should, you could restart 100 times, no effect. Like I said I just gave up, and forgot about it. Then few weeks later, I decided to do a clean install, and for the 1st time ever on my Windows 10, disk Clean actually worked the way it should. lol
