Windows 10: Disk space at 100% for no reason

recently my disk space has been maxed at 100%. sometimes it gets maxed by something like system but most of the time there's nothing there to make it max. also at the moment my computer is updating and it is taking forever to update. but don't tell me the update is making it slow. my computer was already maxed at 100% disk before the update. now it's even slower because of the update which I understand.Things I have done:disabled sysmain on some menu that apparently makes my computer faster which might be the case it wasn'tMy Geforce is up to dateI have scanned for viruses and malware on my

I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.

 

100 % disk space freezing

has anyone really figured out how to stop freezing up when disk space hits 100%?
