Windows 10: disk usage 100 percent

    disk usage 100 percent


    iv been noticing that my disk usage is 100 percent for two weeks now. when i checked task manager iv seen that almost all usage gone to "windows event log services". i entered the windows event viewer, and it seems like every 6-8 seconds theres a new error. all of them related to Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_8wekyb3d8bbwe. iv tried installing "c++ runtime framework 14 for desktop bridge". didnt help.


    here some of the errors:


    CreateAppContainerProfile failed with error 0x80070005 because it was unable to verify the existence of folder C:\Users\dudu\AppData\Local\Packages\microsoft.vclibs.140.00_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC.



    CreateAppContainerProfile failed for AppContainer onecore\ds\security\gina\profile\profext\appcontainer.cpp Line:1726 S-1-5-21-70505774-1111924867-3287552906-1002 Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_8wekyb3d8bbwe with error 0x80070005.

    and btw most of them have the same errorcode - 2147942405

    Hey

    Thank you for the reply,but your suggestion proved no use to me still the disk usage remains 100 percent and my system lags in performance.

    disk usage 100 percent

    100 percent disk usage

    often my new laptop freezes because of 100 percent disk usage and even the transfer rate within local hard disk is significantly low when compared to other i7 processors. i am not sure whether it is because of the windows 10 os or some other problem. can
    anyone help me to figure out what the exact solution for this problem.
