  1. Dism Problem

I am starting a new thread because someone hijacked my thread on this: Dism problem "The source files could not be found"'

I was told to download an ISO of Windows 10 from Microsoft in the thread, It fails every time in Firefox, and in Microsoft Edge, the ISO is only 345 bytes in size when it asks me if I want to save it and it not working "The ISO is invalid"

    Any other ideas?

    :)

  2. DISM

    Hi,

You may fixed the issue but i wanted to add another solution for this problem.

You can copy all .inf files to a folder C:/drivers, then type the following command:

    Dism /Image:C:\test\images\offline /Add-Driver /Driver:C:/drivers /Recurse

This command will add all the .inf files to image file.

  3. DISM

I managed to mount image with command Dism /Mount-Wim /WimFile:C:\images\install.wim /Index:1 /MountDir:C:\test\images. Now I have a problem with adding drivers. Tried 2 commands:

    Dism /Image:C:\test\images\offline /Add-Driver /Driver:C:\drivers\hp630x64.inf; and

    Dism /Add-Driver /Image:C:test\images /Driver:C:\drivers\hp630x64.inf.

    Both don't work.

In the other thread that was hijacked, one member were unable to download the iso using Chrome.
    I told him I use IE11.
He switched to IE11 and was able to download the iso file.
If you don't mind, switch to IE11 and use this tutorial to download the iso file
    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/9...-download.html
    Use Option One.

    P.S.
the replies I gave to rboppy in that thread could be applicable to you too. Wonder if you had read them.
