  1. Display Scaling set to some fractional value

My screen resolution is set to 1920 x 1080 and it's scaling is set to 125% in the display scaling settings. But the scaling doesn't seem to be appropriate. I was debugging a webpage on Chrome and a width of 1200 pixels was corresponding to a width of around 1183.20 pixels which seemed weird. The zoom level of Chrome was set to 100%. I tried the same with Firefox and Edge but got the same results. It seems like my display scaling is a little more than it should be. Is there some other setting that I could tweak for this issue to be solved?

    :)

  2. Display Scaling values

    Hi TerryFarmer2.

My name is Daniela, I am an independent consultant and I will be happy to help you today.

I hope you are very well.

To change the screen scale size with the recommended settings, follow these steps:

    Open Settings.

    Click on System.

    Then click on Display.

In the "Scale and layout" section, use the drop-down menu and select the scale setting that suits your needs.

Once you complete the steps, you do not need to log out and log back in, but it is recommended to restart your computer to ensure that the new settings are applied correctly to the desktop and applications.

    Have a wonderful day.

    Best regards.

    Daniela.

    Display Scaling values

My custom Scaling value has been set too high and I can no longer use the screen, the characters and symbols are much too big. How do I reset Scaling to its original or default value? I have reset Win 10 but it made no difference.
