Windows 10: DisplayCoreCustomCompositor on special-purpose not working on gen intel UHD 630 iGPU

Hello everyone,I was just trying the DisplayCoreCustomCompositor and am having an issue where it is not outputting any image to the display marked as special-purpose.Going through debug, I can see the display ownership being taken and the display backlight does turn on, but when the function to send color to the screen is called nothing happens. We already tested the display using an dedicated GPU with the same code and it is correctly showing the image, so its not an issue of the display supporting DX11. We also tested the same code on Intel® HD Graphics 4600 and it is also correctly display

Intel Uhd graphics 630

After downloading intel uhd graphics 630 software the screen is not showing any icons on Windows 10 . Ctrl + alt + del option not showing though the program is opening. How to remove Intel software in this case or format the computer?

 

Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 failing tests on Dell Full Hardware Test

My Dell XPS 15 9570 was having a bunch of trouble trying to run video games right after a full reset. (the reset itself had its own issues) I tried to run Warzone at the lowest possible settings and was bouncing between 2 fps and at most 30. I have spent
a number of hours updating everything I can and running every scan possible. I just took the full Dell hardware test and and found everything was fine except for Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630. Here are the results under that section of testing.

I don't know what is making my computer so slow but this is the only thing I could find that might be an answer. I don't know how to fix this though and would really appreciate some help!

16gb ram

GTX 1050ti

Win 10 Pro

512gb

BIOS version 1.15.0

 

Deleted Intel graphics Uhd 630 and can't install another one

By mistake i uninstalled the Intel graphics driver uhd 630 from device manager knowing that it will re install by restarting but that wont happened and because of that
Vga Video controller also stopped working as it is connected with Internal gpu (uhd 630) i tried to reinstall driver latest version that wont worked ! I cant control brightness without it and also cant play games also coz getting 5 fps in every
AAA games

Please share any solution to recover the intel graphics driver back and Fix the Vga video controller !
