Windows 10: Distributed COM 10016 - Runtime Broker

So all of a sudden all my apps + store stopped working.

Digging into the issue deeper I discovered Runtime broker had something to do with it. As all error messages mark it as a problem.

Sadly none of these resolve the issue. After more than 50 restarts trying something else I'm starting to get frustrated.

The windows install is hardly 6 months old (full reinstall to remove some issues) so I'm not very fond of reinstalling from scratch again.

Windows 10 Distributed Com Runtime broker failing

After Windows 10 upgrade, I have done clean installation off Windows 10 Pro. I am seeing the below error continously in the event viewer. I have tried some of the suggestions on the internet but none of them seems to be working.

The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160}

and APPID

{9CA88EE3-ACB7-47C8-AFC4-AB702511C276}

to the user NAVEEN-PC\snave SID (S-1-5-21-3824943652-344269286-444004351-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Microsoft.WindowsStore_2015.8.12.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe SID (S-1-15-2-1609473798-1231923017-684268153-4268514328-882773646-2760585773-1760938157).
This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

The CLSID refers to Runtime Broker.
