Windows 10: .dll files corrupted error status 0xc0000020?

I seem to have a really important problem here. I cant start a game of mine called League of Legends nor update Java because some .dll files under C:\WINDOWS\System32 seem to be corrupted, missing or not made for Windows. These .dll files are called msxml3.dll and dsound.dll, maybe there are even more. Also there is an errorstatus 0xc0000020. I tried sfc scanning my Windows through Command Prompt but at 73% i get the error message ''Windows resource protection could not complete the requested operation''.I used System Repair Pro (pro version) wich also was no use. The worst thing is that i even resetted my PC but even THAT didnt change a thing. Is there still hope for my PC?
