    Help reading mini dmp file

    Download BlueScreenView, unpack the ZIP, and run the EXE (no installation necessary). It's an excellent little utility for looking at DMP files and finding the cause of crashes.

    How to view non-Windows .dmp files?

    Ah...!
    Many thanks. I wasn't aware of that option.
    Though, in my case, regretfully it makes no difference: after changing the folder, no dmp file list was displayed.
    When selecting a single .dmp file (also in the advanced options), nothing was displayed either.

    Not sure... but there is a line in the advanced options reading
    "%programfiles%\Debugging Tools for Windows\DumpChk.exe" "%1"

    I've searched for the dumpchk.exe, but it is not on my system, so maybe that is the reason..?
