Windows 10: 'DNS server isn't responding' on laptop... but all other devices work just fine

Everyday this week when i turn my laptop on the internet won't work. It will say 'Connected, no internet' for both Wifi and Ethernet cable. Other laptops and phones in the house connect to the internet with no issue. The only way i have been temporarily resolving this is by restarting my router every time i want to use the laptop, which then makes it connect to the internet. This is not ideal since every other device works perfectly without having to restart the router. Is there a way to fix this problem permanently? DNS server not responding Windows 10

Does anyone have a method to correct this issue that is in plain english or a step by step instruction - I don't understand all the fancy computer language. My ISP changed the network name and password. All my other devices work properly except for this
one........two laptops and a tablet are fine, the third laptop - my work one (as opposed to leisure) - seems to connect fine, but when I try to use it, the internet connection is lost and when I run troubleshooter, it says DNS server not responding and/or
DNS server timed out. Please help if you can!

 

Windows 10 DNS Server not responding

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 on my MSI Laptop. After install, I keep getting a
"DNS Server not responding". When I switch back to Windows 8, the computer and Internet Connectivity works fine. I tried re-installing Windows 10 again today with the same problem, "DNS server not responding". I am now back on Windows 8.1.

Any Suggestions?

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
