    Do all SSDs work in laptops?


    I'm wondering if all NVMe SSDs work on laptops, because I've heard that not every laptop supports all NVMe SSDs, but I can't piece together why, and I would like to know if I can install any NVMe SSD in my laptop, and it'll work. I'm not talking about the physical size, I'm talking about the manufacturer of the NVMe SSD and model. Can I install any SSD in my laptop and it'll work? in my laptop's second NVMe slot

    Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

    Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

    Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.

    You need to do the work and we can help with the rest.
